Introduction
In this session, 1 Timothy chapter 3: 1-16, we focus on understanding the ministers in the house of God, especially elders, a pastor, an overseer, and Deacons, and their qualities and responsibilities. We also understand the reason Paul wrote this letter to Timothy.

- Key Qualities: Leaders need a divine call (set apart), character (sustaining integrity), charisma (gifting for service), competence (skills through training), communication (sharing truth), courage (facing challenges), and compassion (caring for others).
- Church’s Role: The church, as God’s household, is the pillar of truth, led by Christ, who was incarnate, vindicated, seen by angels, preached, believed, and glorified.
- Purpose: Godly leaders uphold the church’s mission, reflecting Christ’s truth and glory through their character and service.
