on principles of developing the spirit and heart of boldness to the next generation (emerging leaders) in a hostile environment. We will learn how to profile Timothy’s current situation using SLOT analysis

Objectives
By the end of this session, the learner will have:
- Understood the principles of handling the commodity called Truth
- Memorized John 14: 6 as: Jesus is the WAY to the TRUTH that gives LIFE.
- Appreciated the three main sources of receiving Truth, namely, research, teaching, and revelations.

Connecting
- Gather with two or more people for a community discovery bible study session.
- Start with a heartfelt prayer, inviting God to guide and bless your understanding.
- Explore the passage by reading it at least twice, using different Bible versions if available, then retell the story together as a group.
- Reflect and share the challenges and blessings you experienced from the previous study.

- What do the three metaphors or mental pictures (soldier, athlete, and farmer) help Timothy to understand how to relate to the TRUTH?
- Read John 18: 34-38 and John 14: 6. What is Truth? Before His death, Jesus discussed with Pilate the most important thing on earth, called TRUTH. Jesus revealed that TRUTH could only be received through Three Sources: yourself -research, others telling you (teaching), or Jesus telling you (revelation)
