Introduction
In this session, chapter 11:25-36, we focus on understanding a secret of how the father allowed his sons to harden their hearts temporarily and then show them mercy. God the Father wants the church to respond to God’s ways based on mercy only, not on the Son’s effort.
Objectives
By the end of this session, the learner will have:
- Understood the secret of hardening both sons
- Understood the two natures of God and how we need to respond to God’s Mercy
- Appreciated how little we know about God’s wisdom and ways

- What is God’s MERCY for both Jews and Gentiles?, What do you learn about God’s Mercy to rebellious Jews and Gentiles? Romans 11: 30-32
- How impossible is it for us to understand God’s decisions and his ways? WHY? Romans 11: 33-36.
- What then should we do when it is impossible to understand God’s decision and WAYS?
