Introduction
In this session, Nehemiah 13:15-22, we focus on understanding how the Sabbath was being completely profaned by people doing business, buying, and selling in the rebuilt temple within the restored city of Jerusalem. Instead of compromising, Nehemiah established firm boundaries—shutting the city gates before the Sabbath began and assigning his personal servants to guard duty.
