Inappropriate Response when Tempted and Sifted as Wheat
Introduction
In this session, Luke 22:39-53, Jesus warns his disciples about the coming sifting of every flock that follows the chief shepherd. The conversation between Jesus and the disciples showed that Peter and the disciples had the wrong attitude towards sifting. The disciples failed to refuel their faith tank in Gethsemane and therefore fell into temptation. Heb 4:16. We also observe what Judas, the disciples, and the temple rulers did when Satan tempted and sifted as wheat in the moment of darkness
