Introduction
In this session John 4: 31-42, we will see how Jesus attempted to convert two groups of people into true worshippers namely the Jewish disciples and the Samaritan village men.
True worship is a function of the spiritual lenses one has and the knowledge a traveler has on five factors, namely knowledge of God, knowledge of enemies, knowledge of the target audience, knowledge of self and knowledge of the environmental resources.
Objectives
By the end of this session the learner will have:
- Compared how Jesus Christ converted two other communities of people into worshippers of God (His own disciples and the Samaritan group of men).
- Appreciated that all people group could be converted into worshippers of the true God. (i.e. Disciples, Samaritan men, dishonoring Hometown people, government officials and their households).

- Gather with two or more people for a community discovery bible study session.

- Who is a true worshipper? What is true worship? How does Jesus convert people Into worshippers of God?
- Read John 4: 27, 31-38. List 5 truths Jesus told his disciples while converting them to true worshippers? What do you learn about kingdom service?
- Read John 4: 39-42. List three truths on how the Samaritans men were converted into worshippers of Christ.
- Read John 4: 20-24. Identify three types of worshippers, What is the difference between these three types of worshippers? (compare Galatians 3:26-29)
