Introduction
In John 9:24-34, we focus on the Pharisees’ growing unbelief, as shown by the evil and untrue statements they made against Jesus and the healed man. We also discover the healed man’s growing and courageous faith and the cost he paid for defending the truth.
Objectives

- Discussed the truth about courageous and growing faith by looking at the statement the healed man said defending the truth.

- Read John 9: 24, 26-27, Why did the Pharisees call the man born blind for the second time? In a court of law, what do you understand by, *a testimony of two or three a matter is confirmed’? 2. Read John 9: 24-34: What is unbelief? List and discuss three false and evil things the Pharisees said against Jesus and against man to show their unbelief.
- Read John 9: 24-34: What is courageous and growing faith? What other types of faith do you know? List three truths the healed man said to show that he possessed courageous and growing faith. What cost did this man pay because of his courageous faith?
- Discuss the cost you and your friends have paid to maintain faith in Jesus and pray for each other and your persecuted believers.
