Introduction
In this session John 4: 43-54, we will see how Jesus attempted to convert two more groups of people into true worshippers namely, Jesus’s hometown people and the Roman official and his household. True worship is a function of the spiritual dimension and the knowledge a traveler has on five factors, namely knowledge of God, knowledge of enemies, knowledge of the target audience, knowledge of self and knowledge of the environmental resources.
Objectives
By the end of this session the learner will have:
- Compared how Jesus Christ converted two communities of people into worshippers of God who are: his Galilean home town people, and Roman official and his family.
- Appreciated that all people group could be converted into worshippers of the truth God, dishonoring Hometown people, government officials and their households

- Read John 4: 43-45. Describe the Gallilean people? What is honour or dishonour? Why had Jesus’ hometown dishonoured him? How had the Galilean turned from dishonouring Christ Into honouring Christ and believing in Him?
