Failed learners turned hostile
Introduction
The result of failing the tests of faith was not only abandoning the teacher, it also included abusing him. In the previous session, we identified that the only work God wants of us is to believe in Jesus. However believing in Him will attract persecution, opposition and hostility, knowing this truth will bring victory to believers who go through persecution.
Jesus came to his own, but his own believe him not, but those who believed him were given power to become children of God.
In this session John 7: 1-13, we focus on understanding the hostile activities of learners who believed him not and how Jesus responded appropriately. Looking at Jesus’s persecution will become the best model for those believers who go through persecution because of their faith
