The Revelation of the bride’s spiritual blessing on her pilgrimage
Acts 18: 18-20, Ephesians 1:3, Revelation 2: 1-7
- Session: 1
- Week: 1
- Day: 1
Introduction
There are two great days for the church on pilgrimage, when she accessed her spiritual blessings, and the day her eyes were opened to know why she possesses the spiritual blessings. We have two dimensions of spiritual blessing. Spiritual blessing for you and through you. We are blessed to be a blessing. In this session, Ephesians 1: 3, and Revelation Chapter 2:1-7, we focus on the state of the bride of Jesus Christ at Ephesus concerning her Spiritual Blessing. In Revelation 2, Jesus, the source of their spiritual blessing, was first seen amid the lampstand (church). This church lost its love for the Lord and other people, and it ended up being more about serving Jesus but less about worshiping him. She was in a fellowship that was less passionate about Christ. Why, the increase of wickedness causes love to grow cold. Our spiritual blessing is influenced by the quality of our love, but not the hostilities around us.

Audio Summary
Ephesians 1:3 (with Psalm 84 Context)
Context
- Rooted in Psalm 84 and referencing Ephesians 1:3, this passage explores spiritual blessings for the church, the Bride of Christ, on a pilgrimage to Zion, as depicted in Revelation 21-22.
- Believers are seen as blessed, transforming the “valley of Baca” (pain and death) into a place of springs, journeying toward their eternal home.
Spiritual Blessings on the Pilgrimage (Ephesians 1:3 and Psalm 84)
- Blessedness Defined: A blessed person dwells in God’s house, praises Him, finds strength in Him, and sets their heart on pilgrimage, turning the valley of Baca into a place of renewal.
- Revelation Connection: Blessedness aligns with Revelation’s call to read, hear, and obey prophecy, leading to appearing before God in Zion, the New Jerusalem, adorned as a bride.
- Six Pilgrimage Questions: The church’s journey is framed by: (1) Identity (Bride of Christ); (2) Origin (valley of Baca, born in sin); (3) Destiny (Zion); (4) Purpose (transforming the world); (5) Unfulfilled tasks (God’s agendas); (6) Delays (opposition).
- Spiritual Blessings: Ephesians 1:3 implies blessings in heavenly realms, accessed through reliance on God’s strength, as seen in Zion’s river, tree of life, and God’s throne.
- Six Postures: Pilgrims progress from: (1) Dead in sin; (2) Seated in heavenly places; (3) Walking through the valley; (4) Standing against opposition; (5) Resting in the Lord (death or rapture); (6) Reigning in Zion.
- Pilgrimage Purpose: The church transforms the world by fulfilling God’s agenda, relying on His strength, and avoiding negative influences (Psalm 1).
- Faithful Pursuit: Like Abraham, believers must pursue the city built by God, trusting in His blessings despite challenges.
Application
- Embrace your blessed identity, relying on God’s strength to transform the world. Persevere through challenges, fulfill God’s purpose, and keep your heart set on Zion.
